NEVER AGAIN

I COMPLAINED MANY TIMES ABOUT LOUD MUSIC WHERE MY ENTIRE APT WITH BE VIBRATING FROM NEIGHBORS NOISE. NOTHING WAS DONE. LAKE IS NICE BUT RAT ON BALCONY WAS SCARRY. I WOULD HAVE STAYED IF AC WHICH HAD LEAKS WOULD HAVE
BEEN CORRECTED AND NOISY NEIGHBOR TOTALLY RIDICULOUS THAT A PERSON HAS TO COME HOME TO SUCH DISRESPECT. APARTMENT IS BIG, WITH BIG PROBLEMS. LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP.
