Cheapest Apartments in the area, but you have to jump through alot of hoops.

The place is decent, and the apartments go for the lowest price in the area right now, but cheap rates come with alot of hassles:
Your guests/vistors must be check in with the management if they are staying for longer than 3 consecutive days or more than 10 days in a month.
Not allowed to put up hurricane shutters, but the leasing office protects their windows.
There are quarterly inspections as well as your annual renewal inspection. You have to have the apartment looking like if you don't live there.
The maintenance workers come in and out your apartment and Lakeside Towers is not liable for personal items that may be taken.
The complex pool has been out of order for almost a year.
Some good things though are that the security staff are really good and most of the staff are ok.
