no recomiendo esto a nadie el personal de la oficina solo son dos mentirosas (Ykie & Cristine) el mantenimiento es deficiente, el condomininio no posee vegilancia, se han dado 14 robos de apartamentos en tan solo un mes. No responden a la solicitud de reparacion de los apartamentos, apesar de realizar muy eficazmente el cobro de la renta la cual incluye muy altas penalidades si uno se retrasa tan solo 1 dia. La evaluacion para la renta de un apartamento es ineficiente solicitan un deposito excesivamente alto por tan solo un apartamento bastante peque??o

I live here and I like it. The only problem I had was my a/c broke about 6 months ago. They fixed it the same day. The office staff was sympathetic and friendly. The rents have ggone up but they have gone up all over this area. This is still one of the least expensive places in the area. I use the gym almost daily. For the price, you can't beat it.
