HORRIBLE, but cheap

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This place has the worst security ever (a wooden pole that is contantly broken) It is also very loud at night, especially with all the guettho style tentants who think that their apartment is a night club. The place is probably one of the cheapest ones around (only get it if you are strouggling with money or if you are a college student)
