As a result of the "no name flood" I had to take this place, without seeing it first... Good layout, horrible upkeep, I am still waiting for them to fix the items listen on the initial walk-through form and my lease is up (finally) next month. The parking is insane, the loud music coming from the cars in the middle of the night is a real plus.
The state of the art security wooden pole that gets broken every other week is a real bother. What is the point of having a security gate if people call plow right through it.
