The place is a night club at night. People in their houses playing really loud music plus you have cars driving by with loud music as well. Also u can't even drive out of the parking lot without making sure you wont hit one of the million kids that play in the streets. Also the maintence needs work. Since hurricane Wilma there is no security or fence around the property.
Horrible place to live.
