I've proudly lived in Le Club 14 years while it was a Rental Community - and there were problems, such as a constant turnover due to the wrong tenants coming in. We had some small petty crimes - during summer (schools out). But overall the best community I've ever lived in.

Left during the conversion due to the fact that my apartment was one of the first one sold....... (Could not afford to buy)

Came back 1 year later and rented for 2 additional years. Noticed the downward spiral of the community....too many renters who just don't care about where they live.....

Now I can proudly say I own... and hope changes will be implemented regarding the rules and regulations and the renter who now share this community with us owners.
