Apartments are nice and condo in general is very nice but maintenance is terrible and the worst part is the Office staff. Is there a manager at that office'. i don?t think so. I lived there for two years and she never took my calls or any calls from other tenants. They charge you $25 usd if you paid rent 1 day late and $65 after that. Dealing with this place is a nightmare and PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT RENT AT LE PARC you will thank me for the rest of your life and DO NOT COMMIT THE SAME MISTAKE LIKE I DID.
