I wholeheartedly agree with the other reviews I've read. I had the most expensive apartment and a laundry list of complaints. From day one I was promised a built in microwave (the model is shown with one)but after about three months I got tired of asking and getting the runaround so I gave up. Two weeks after I moved in, the A/C stopped cooling. Two hot summer months(!) and two hefty electric bills and later it was finally replaced. You pay for security and amenities, yeah right! The entrance gate worked maybe a total of two weeks out of the year I was there, the gym was never open the hours posted and even if you could get in, the weight machines had no pins so they were useless and the bikes and treadmills were broken for the entire year. Loud drunken parties in the parking lot until the wee hours. I tried to speak to the manager many times about this issue but she would never deign to talk to a resident or call back as promised. They decided to re-do the pool in the middle of summer - would take two weeks they said - no pool most of the summer. They advertise as luxury living - what a joke!
