I lived at Le Parc for several years and found it to be quiet nice, at first, ok maybe for a month or so. Management was a little arrogant and rude but I usually payed rent WAY ahead of time and usually did not get bothered by manamgement. Then I got robbed! Yes broken into and like others have reported here WITH A KEY! Police said it might have been a pick gun. I think management has lost copies of master keys and won't admit it. I lost jewelry, family airlooms and was forced to install an alarm to feel safe at night. When I complained about lack of security and how 3 other neighbors of mine had ALSO gotten broken into. They responded by asking me if I had any enemies' WHAT! Now you're saying it's my own dang fault I got broken into when I am the one paying exorbitant rent to live in a 'supposed' gated community with security' Unless you like break-ins along with high rent,false amenities and management with an attitude.. avoid this place like the plague.
