I've been a resident at Le Parc for many years, and it's just suspicious to me that "theft" is spoken about here many times. I think this may be
1) a disgruntled employee
2) or ONE upset resident abusing "aptratings.com"
I say if your that concerned about ANY community that you chose to live in, go to your local police dept, and ask them for the stats on that particular community. it's also hilarious to me that the same person who stated the Le PArc was unsafe gave a "2" rating for safety. what a dummy.
