I was planning on living in Le Parc, but all these things you are people wrote are giving me second thoughts.
Is this all true' When I first saw the place, I saw it calm and like a nice neighborhood, but you people make it sound like hell. And the apartments that the guy there showed me were quit good to me and he even told me that they had to throw out some college guy living their because he put his music to high.
But if all this you people are saying is true, it is going to make me have second thoughts in moving there.

I lived there six mo's with my neice. When she called she got someone to fix things within a day or two. But as for the horrible noise level and electrical problems that is all true. The water was nasty there. I would take a shower and you can see the rust all around the shower head. Def not drinkable tap water. Not that I drink tap water anyway. You still felt like a film was on you after a shower. Now that I live in San Jose I feel clean again. LOL
