Yes, Le PARC IS SOLD..THANK GOD!! But wait, the reason for me moving out in the first place was thanks to a leasing agent there who was so rude and never helpful. Now she's the bookkeeper. She was fired months ago by the old company, and now the new people re hired her' Do they even know why she was fired' Who would buy or rent into such a place with shady management' Then the same bookkeeper is now discouraging tenants from moving out because they are not selling the condos fats enough. So she is up to her old ways. Promising and not delivering. There are better places to go. Do't listen to her or them and move out!
