Be prepared for lots of construction noise EVERYDAY!

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
So we moved in 6 months ago and never had our "remodeled" apartment finished so now I have 3 different tiles in my bathrooms (it looks so ugly!! I saw others that had the entire bathroom done and was told ours would be finished as well so we moved in and now they say they are leaving the walls like that. I TOLD them from the beginning before moving that if they weren't going to change the tiles that I would move to a smaller, cheaper one that was already done, but I guess they wanted me to rent the expensive undone one because they made false promises and left me with 2 crappy tiled bathrooms, so disappointing). My front doors aren't sealed properly so I'm air conditioning the hallway outside and spending 200plus on FPL a month (I feel the hallway cold when I stand right outside of our apartment doors, crazy!!), the workers come in to my apartment and do not give 24 hour notice (I showed up mid-day one time and they were there, I'm glad they're fixing whatever they need to but can you let me know beforehand please'!), my car window was broken by a baseball and noone did anything, the construction workers they hire to remodel throw heavy trash items from the remodeled apartments from 2nd and 3rd floor balconies down to the first floor (this has happened more than once and I almost gone by head bashed by a large metal wheel they threw down there), and no pool has been constructed as promised. I read online before moving in that the building offers "noise proof construction"; sure we have cement walls but thats total bull, I hear EVERYTHING and I live on the top floor so imagine how bad it must be for my neighbors on the floors under! and finally the worst thing is that they do construction EVERY SINGLE DAY no fail (I thought they were remodeled' Does it take 4 weeks just to do one apartment' and then go on to the one right next door without giving anyone around a break from the noise!' When are they going to be done working on the apartments there' Its been months, even before we moved in!) and you wake up EVERY morning to the sound of a drill/hammer/jackhammer/saw, it's stressing, especially when they do this some Saturdays as well. We've even said something to the workers for starting at 7:30am (which theyre def not supposed to do) until they're done remodeling everything you wont have any rest in that complex and it sux because our actual apartment is very nice and spacious (minus the ugly, mismatched bathroom tile)
