WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG'

I'M VERY FAMILIAR WITH THIS SUBDIVISION. PERSONALLY I FEEL THAT THEY NEED TP GET RID OF ALL THE TROUBLE MAKERS AND LET PEOPLE IN WHO WANTS TOO LIVE COMFORTABLE, WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT FIGHTING,DRUGS, OR MURDERS HAPPENING. THE APPLICATION TIME IS SO LONG IT'S REDICULOUS. WHEN THERE'S PLENTY OF EMPTY APARTMENTS THERE.
