they have alot to say to you about "residents complaints" but yet they do NOTHING when U ask of them.

FILTHY Grounds
OVERPRICED
UNDER maintained
BAD AT FIXING THINGS
U will wait 3 weeks for a service request
OLD washers
old dishwashers

This is not true, I see them clean the grounds everyday, anytime I have a service request they come that day or the next. I have a new washer and dryer and dishwasher. Honey, everything in Miami is overpriced. On the Miami scale this apartment is a steal
