I lived at Lincoln Pointe for about two or three months and just left. I'm glad to say I got a "special" with two free months, and I have paid off the debt I owe that place. The problem I found wasn't the cleanliness of the place or the maintenance, but $1100 for a one-bedroom of that quality...no...maybe $950 or so. But regardless, the grievous treatment I got: a crew of painters came in to paint all the buildings. I am not so certain many of them were legal. I didn't care about that, but when they began staring at all the girls, me included, and then looking in my window that was really creepy. One of them knocked on my door at 7 a.m. When I talked to Cindy, who I believe no longer works there, she had a huge sick smile and laughed with the supervisor of the painting crew. The harassment not only continued, but increased. They simply had no respect. And many of the people living there were really creepy, I was sorry to have spoken with any of them. But then again, I have found too many creepy people in Miami for this Midwestern girl. Needless to say, I am no longer living in Miami. (But if I had the money to live in a decent place on South Beach, maybe---just don't know if I could ever get away from the creep factor of Miami anywhere). uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Are you sure you are rating the right apartment. There was never a Cindy that worked in the office. The same two women and man have worked there since I moved in Aug 2005. Also, there has been no painters
