I do not understand the bad reviews. I love living here. You will not find an apartment in Miami at such a great location for this amount of money. The apartments are beautiful, not the typical white walled apartment like you see everywhere else. No bugs, rare in Miami. I love the islotion of the apartment, down the private drive. No noise and a computer lab and fullsize washer and dryer in the unit. You can not ask for better for the price. They could easily ask for two or three hundred dollars more per month just for location. I hope they do not sell so I can keep renting here until I am ready to buy a home

You lose...they already did sell, twice. Your apt is probably safe for now. Because of sagging real estate values, they won't be tearing this place down. You'll be able to step in dog poop, and live with noisy, inconsiderate neighbors for quite a while. How naive you are.
