my boyfriend and i have been living here since aug 06. we love this place. its quiet and at a good price. we pay $1100 for a one bedroom and just extended our lease until next january. the last place we lived at in aventura wanted $1700 for a one bedroom smaller than what we live in now and it's literally just around the corner. i love the office people and the maintenance people are reliable. granted my AC is old, but i always see the maintenance guys checking on the unit outside every two weeks just to keep up on it. yes, parking is a problem but honestly, in a place where you don't get just one parking space per apartment & don't have to pay $75 a month extra for another one, you can't complain. the pet fee was cheap and there is no pet rent, and there is no special pet cleaning fee either if you move out. again, the last place i lived in automatically took $200 out of my security deposit for a "pet cleaning fee". wtf'! it is well kept and the pool area is beautiful. we love this place and plan on staying here as long as we can.
