Facing the parking lot is not a good thing if you enjoy a good night's sleep. If the slamming of car doors (and it doesn't stop at any time of the night), the car alarms being set and unset, horns blowing, people talking loudly after 1:00 a.m., pounding music from inside of cars, then the rattling of the windows will certainly get you.

Unfortunately, early in the morning the trash trucks come to empty the dumpters. REALLY LOUD and it is really messy. There is always garbage strewn outside of the dumpsters, loose, stinky and disgusting. The maintenance people try really hard to keep after it, but somehow your fellow tenants haven't a clue as to how to discard trash! Disappointing.

Your car will be beaten up by the carelessness of your co-tenants. A new nick, scratch or ding almost every day. They park so close to you that you can't open your car doors. No one here seems to know how to park in the center of the lines..

All of that and so much more is wrong with that dump. The apt I was rented had pubic hair in the nice new paint job they gave me. So glad I moved to The Venture (around the corner)which was worse. ;)
