I'm moving from this place after about two and a half years. My move has nothing to do with the apartment complex, and in fact, I'll miss it a lot. They've worked really hard to fix the parking problem, and now everyone who lives there has a permit and they are VERY proactive about towing. The only downside is if you have visitors, there aren't many visitor spaces. My only other objections are that there is no pantry (we bought some little cabinets) and that they changed the rules about rent. Grace period used to go til the 5th, now only goes to the 3rd. Other than that, I loved it and will miss it a lot.
The garbage collectors DO come early and are noisy, but that isn't the apartment's fault.
