Although, current BOD is working overtime to correct, what is most likely upside down, absentee landlords renting out to anyone, its a shame such a beautiful building being destroyed by riff-raff.

Not to mention that you have to park across the street in a parking garage owned by the Miami Parking Authority. Which means really....virtually no security.
