i have lived here for over a year, and have kept in all my frustration with living in this place but i just can't take it anymore.

first off, i live on the pool- which was the biggest mistake i've ever made..

who thought it would cause this much trouble in my life.

our windows are paper thin, so even when two poeple are just talking at the pool the echoing is loud enough for me to hear the exact conversation.

people party there all the time, and are completely inconsiderate of the time and loudness of their group.

the ludlam staff refuses to enforce any of the pool rules, so anonymous calls to the police are the only wait to often get to bed at night (and i'm young too and like to party, but when it's 2am on a wednesday night and your window is rattling from the bass of the music you'd get pissed too).

honestly, i would pay extra $ a month to contribute to a securty guard.

often the staff leaves notes on everyones doors claiming they are going to start to enforce cleaner balconies and parking spots, but the notes are always empty threats and action is never taken.

the gate has been broken since july 2006.

a new gate was installed that was supposed to be working by thanksgiving...

but it's january 2007 already and still no gate.

honestly, with this amount of money look for a house to rent, or spend a little more where you're going to feel like you're getting what you pay for.

i'm moving to kendall soon, and for $200 a month less i'm getting a larger apt, a reserved parking spot, and a working gate.
