Don't live here if you dont have too. No security at all, the teenagers of all of South Miami treat it as their own personal hangout and run rampant all over the facility. The gate and key card access have been broken for over a year now without remorse. This means that you can never use the small gym that they do have, or when the lock has been broken by the neighborhood kids it is full of them vandelizing the place. Dog crap everywhere from scary pitbulls and other large dogs. Reading the occasional "positive" post on this site is such a joke, it is definately one of the older office managers writing them all. I mean what normal person would ever compair living at this place to "a good thing"' insane.
