Let me guess, you're a University student or a young professional (If non of the above, then stop reading and move to the next listing). I have lived on campus, in the ghetto, in the Holiday Inn, and in an apartment complex which was a very old hotel. Gables court was pound for pound the worst. From the outside it seems beautiful. But don't be fooled. Amenities like a hot tub and club house are what first attracted me to this place. Eight months later the hot tub is still cold and the club house now has new rules. Also, be warned, read the fine print in your lease, if you do not obtain, sign, and turn in a 60-day non-renewal form for your lease or you forfeit your entire security deposit. Not to mention they count the staple holes in your wall when doing a walk through ($50.00 for 5 staple removals). Maintenance is the worst you can imagine, and staff seems helpful on the phone but it will take about 10 call backs to get something simple to get done. PLEASE carefully reconsider before renting or purchasing a piece of property from this disgrace of a condo association.

Confused: I was told that ludlam point does not own the condos and that the one we rented are own by differnt people. I was also told that the owners of the condos are in charge of the home owner's association and not Ludlam Point. I really have no complaints, I like my independence and feel more like i'm at my own house.
