Ludlam Point

 

We've actually nicknamed it Hoodlam Point...seriously.

The gate is ALWAYS broken and it's annoying and slow when it's working.

Several times we've had to park OUTSIDE the complex at night because it's actually off, which is extremely unsafe considering the ghetto apartments to the right of Ludlam and the ghetto street to the left.

Nobody picks up the dog crap which you can easily walk in when getting your mail.

They will charge you for everything even if you didn't break it.

My friends had a light not working when they moved in, and the complex not only never fixed it, but charged them for it.

They will try their hardest to scam you out of money because it's lowlifes running the place.

and the landscaping guys are AWFUL.

try getting woken up at 8am because someone is trimming bushes outside your room.

the pool isn't even enjoyable because these guys don't leave all day.

they should try cleaning the gross pool rather than sculpt the 1980's style bushes.

The gym machines are NOT state of the art as stated.

The place is poorly lit and the machines are old and hardly work.

The complex in general is poorly lit at night especially.
