I just moved out of Ludlam Point after 5 years. What a great place to live! Teh office staff has been cool, the maintenance people are great, and they are very involoved with teh residents. I love my saturdya morning bagels. Their Superbowl bash was awesome! I won 50 bucks! And for you fellas out there, the girls poolside are out of control!

I'm sorry but just because I think there are beautiful girls that live at here does not mean that I'm one of the inconsiderate residents you claim to call the cops on. As far as every night... I live by the pool and I haven't had a need to call the cops. You must be one of those neighbors that hasn't nothing better to do than complain about every little thing.
