I have lived in Ludlam Point for 4 years and have always been surprised by the great staff that runs this apartment community! The exterior of the buildings are amodern/nautical design and anything but cookie cutter, the interiors have a interior designed layout that really makes great use of the space, the trees and plants on the property are amazing and always kept in pristine condition.
As for the neighborhood, this property is set back in a quiet dead-end street right across the street from single family homes which makes for a neighborhood feel.

The residents here are a great mix of working professionals and graduate students which make for respectful neighbors of a diverse background from many walks of life.
Maintenance staff here is headed by Jacqui and she somehow knows all of the tenants by name and coordinates the maintenance staff to respond promptly to the smallest of problems.

Jacqui and the mauntenance staff have worked for Ludlam Point for over 5 years that I know of and are trustworthy hardworking professionals.
The complex is a gated community with updated access remotes to gain entry into vehicle and pedestrian gates.

There is a cool feature that allows you to turn to a specific channel on your TV and see who is at the gate.

The entire complex has cameras in the gym, pool area and entry gates that deter any criminal activity.
I can say with honesty that Ludlam Point is above par as an apartment rental.
