I have lived at Ludlam Point for three years and have had a great experience here. I needed a dog-friendly apartment and loved the location near the Gables and UM. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff has always responded quickly to any needs I had. The atmosphere is nice too...lots of friendly neighbors. The pool and BBQ are great places to have friends over and entertain. The gym is convenient and I love a having washer/dryer unit right in my apt. I have an apt in the courtyard...very quiet and beautifully landscaped.
I highly recommend Ludlam point!

The atmosphere is nice and I too see the changes and that's a step in the positive direction. I give total props to the new management staff.
