I am a current resident at Ludlam Point and although I have experienced some of the stresses other tenants have expressed, I see the changes happening at Ludlam Point. Starting with the new management staff. They are very professional but at the same time personable and friendly. Jacqui which is the maintenance manager always makes sure my maintenance requests are taken care of. The maintenance staff seem to be in better spirits and know what they're doing. Patty the new leasing manager is a sweetheart and the fact she the first person you see when you go into the office, it's impossible not to leave without a smile on your face. As for the new property manager Amaris... She knows what she's doing. She's always available. She follows through and I can just tell she gonna do good by Ludlam Point and all it's residents. She lives on site and when she's out walking her dog... she makes it a point to stop you to say hi and ask you how everything is. I'm looking forward to all the changes and can already see them. It would just be nice if some my neighbors would follow the rules. I mean the way some of the residents treat the property doesn't help. Just pick up your dogs poop... It's not that hard. It's disrespectful and inconsiderate! We love to complain about the poop and the noise but it's not following the rules that causes these issues. At the end of the day this is our home... let's respect it and let's respect our neighbors.
By the way the Superbowl Bash was amazing... we all had fun and the staff was all the way involved. The manager was literally blowing up balloons by the hundreds to produce an amazing arch. It was super cool. The food was amazing. The raffle was fun during half time and get to know how nice some of my neighbors really are was nice! Can't wait for the next one!
