I have been a resident at Ludlam for almost 2 years. What a difference new management makes! I was gonna consider moving before the new manager started but now I can say... I'm loving it! I wanted start with what a way cooler vibe there is at the office. They even have Jacqui smiling (sorry jacqui but you are way cooler now)! Patty is just worth stopping by the office to see (she's like the complex mom), always asking how was school and hows my apt. The maint guys seem like they actually care a bit more. The new guy... not sure his name but all I see him do is clean and clean and clean everywhere. Makes me kind of regret those moments I would throw trash on the floor (sorry will never happen again)! Finally... The new property manager, Amaris ROCKS! She not only knows what she's doing, she actually cares! She lives here and I always see her around. She always makes a point to talk to me and always makes me laugh. Don't get me wrong... she's all business. I was late on rent, I paid my late fee but what was awesome... I actually didnt care to -----! I didnt want to ramble but I thought the staff deserved props for making these changes. To any residents reading this... let's join in these changes and put in our part! Thanks Ludlam Point!
