i was a student at UM and recently graduated. i lived at ludlum point for two years and it was great! unfortunately i had to leave the apartment since i moved back up north. the complex recently hired a new property manager, amaris which is absolutely the best! Many good changes have happened since she has joined the management team. she lives on site and is a great neighbor as well as manager, goes out of her way to makes sure all of her residents are happy and well taken care of. Ludlum point is a great community to live in especially for college students, they have activites for special occasions, like the superbowl! (great party btw) and good ammenities such as the pool area with its own tv to watch weekend sports games! i loved it and will definately recommend to anyone!
