I am quite pleased with my apartment home in Ludlum Point.

I have been living here for almost a year and really have had nothing to complain about.

Things have only gotten better since the new property manager has taken over, she is very friendly and very attentive to her residents.

I have not had many maintenance issues and the minor ones i had have been resolved in a timely manner.

I love the pool area and must say the grounds are very well kept.

I feel very safe and secure here at Ludlum Point and will gladly recommend it to any one looking for a place to live in the miami area.
