I honestly can say that living at Ludlam Point has been AMAZING! The staff is on point.
My apartment for the short time I was there was HOME! I loved my saturday morning breakfast, I loved my neighbors, and most importantly...
the management made me feel like family, I can say that anything I needed they made it possible.
From maintenance to no joke...
advice.
Jaqui was there for me from move in to any maintenance needs.
Patty was my everyday smile, I love the cookies and coffee in the mornings.
Fernando, Isben, & mike made sure my home was always up to par.
Amaris, the manager...
I can only say that i had to pay rent late 1 month and as freaked out as I was...
she made me feel like it was OK! How awesome is that.
I mean for real, she asked me what the problem was and I told her pretty much ECONOMY.
Simply she responded "I understand, how can I make it easier for you".
I was like what' I pretty much told her that I could pay at the end of the week and with no hesitation she said no problem.
It's feeling that comfort where you live that makes it that much more pleasurable.
I so recommend this community.
I will be back in the fall and you better believe that Ludlam is my home.
Props to the staff 100%.
