i do not agree with the negative ratings that were written about ludlum point. i believe people are just too picky when it comes to rental communities. i like ludlam point and am happy to be living here for the past few months. i have not had any major problems, not even when it came to mantenance. its a nice complex; the apartment layouts are nice as well, major plus for me is w/d in the units! also this is a very pet friendly place!
