After having lived here for two years I will be moving out this upcoming month. But I will not leave without saying that while i have been here i have not had many problems as some have mentioned in previous (old) reviews that were posted. I mean who doesnt have a toilet issue or a light fixture issue while living in a rental community it always happens so to say that its a terrible place to live because of these occurences is just insane! Maintenance has always come through for me maybe with like one day out from me reporting my issue. Never more than that and each they have been called problem were fixed to my satisfaction. Security gate' uhhh yea if you had to be opening and closing every few minutes of the day dont you think you would break eventually' I have always felt safe here being a single female living here. The new property manager Amaris has been a great pleasure and a lovely addition to the office team! Everyone in there is awesome always willing to help! i say good job Ludlum point keep up the good work and i will definately recommend this complex to anyone! :)
