I like Ludlam Point, like any apartment community, there are issues that occur and will occur, there is not one perfect place. So to hear people write such horrible things about it here or anywhere just makes me laugh! they hate it so much but yet they continue to dwell on it. Ludlam Point, in my personal opinion, is just fine. The apartments are nice, management staff is always willing to help, and wow, a little noise by the pool...geesh who says you go to the pool to be absolutely quiet...seriously people!!!!
i say two thumbs up! there is always room for improvement but i think the community is doing fine for now..!
