This place is not safe.
Safety alarm is necessary in every unit.
This place is very noisy during days and nights.
The people in the leasing office do not care about the residents.
They never fix anything and come in your apartment anytime they want without any notice.
The units is very old and not clean.
Do not move in.
You will experience the most horrible thing.

I use my alarm like anyone in a big city! Come on, this is Miami! I have not heard of any problems in over a year! This place provides alarms, allows dogs, is gated with cameras and lights all over. I have no idea what this person is talking about.

I agree with this posting. The office acts like they care but nothing gets done but pay your rent even 15 minutes late... they're quick to charge you a late fee. I'm not going to say the apartments are not safe but the thugs that hang out at the pool make you feel unsafe. Just keep your options open.
