i have been living at Ludlam Point for over a year now, as a student i feel safer here than in a dorm on campus! problems are everywhere, just got to take precaution. i would have to say i like my apartment and am very happy here, between the rent and convienence i can say i would recommend this place to any student who asks about ludlam point.
