After researching a few places in Miami, I found that this place was perfectly located for my work. I work in US1 and 72, and it is only a few minutes drive to work with very little traffic. Nice neighbors, and a great pool. Paying the rent is simple and the work staff is friendly.

You are right... paying the rent is simple and the staff is friendly when you pay the rent. They love collecting your money but ask them for anything else. The nice turns into lies and unprofessional.
