Well the place is really a nice place and it was safe place is still is but not like before,as the parking situation something has to be done because is really stuped that when you get home after work, you try to go out and get back after 10.00 pm you wont find a parking space anywere and is really stuped that you are paying a rent to have to park out in the front of the entrace of the complex.And as the rules and regulation i think they should apply to everyone including all personel that work there, is very inconciderated of the managment to tell the recidents that have vehicles wrap with company logo, have to pay to have the vehicle park out side the complex, plus there are other people with there vehicle wrap and are parking inside the complex and managment dont do nothing about it so what is wrong with this picture plus why those management tell recident of second & third floor that they cant remove the rug and install floor on there unit when they know people who have done does changes on the unit & have not said anything about it.And one more thing can you please do something about the waiting on the gate and the security should be on the front in case of any problem with the gate ass well with people holding up and skiping others.But ass a recident i like the place.

IT IS SOOOO TRUE! i live in building 17 and i cannot go out at night because i have to park by the volleyball courts yet i live by the lake to the back it makes no sense at all!, im new to the complex, i moved in may and i dont really know too much i would like to put floor and paint but i hear its a mission. Im a little worried about the renewal they made the signing up impossible for me it was very crazy. How does the renewal work if you know by any chance. do they run your credit again or ask you for income again? Thanks Aidilyn

The reason there's no parking after a certain time is simply because there are approximately 3-4 families living in one apartment and YES all of the adults own vehicles...therefore, making it hard for the tenants that are honestly going by what they sign on their lease-agreement. What managment should do is assign parking to each apartment and than you'll see all other cars that don't belong there be out of luck.
