Check out the reviews for Briarwood Apartment Security above. I Lived there from Jan 2005 to Apr 2006. I have friends that live there and I have witnessed it with my own two eyes, this place, if anything, has gotten worse. Laundry room has been out of service for over a month and the pools get closed regularly for health violations. Condo prices have gone down by about 30% from when I lived there and they still can sell. Hell, even the apartment I lived in hasn't had an occupant for 20 months!
