Bad on site management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
Nice location, but on-site management is very sloppy. Also, management allows residents to have dogs, which is not a problem except that owners are away at work 8 - 12 hours per day, and when they come home, the dogs have not been out, so there are many 'accidents' in hallways and elevators. Also, on site management does not enforce rules.

Fortunately, this place is being converted to condos.
