i lived there a year, the only reason i moved was because of my room mate.. she was a nightmare.. other than that the only real problem that i had was the parking, one sapce per apartment, and there are not many guest parking spaces... the aparment it self was fairly spaicous, nice layout, the kitchen wasnt so bad, we got a new frig, the stove was old but worked very nicely. The first manger i dealt with was great but she moved out of state and the second, well he wasnt so bad but he was on time if i needed anything, but i did hear that he was fired''' but overall i think it great for a first aparment, hands down i had the townhous model, that is really the only one i would recommend..
