Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I really love this location and I been paying the price of been here but enough it??s enough, I had has report this unit to the health department in the period of 3 years around 6 times. This building it??s infected with termites, rats and roaches, (If you surfer damage as I did they will not cover) I has also call ORKIN come to my unit every year. (I already caught a rat. Biggert than my cat ) the maintenance people don??t exist or a least I haven??t see for a while, the manager don??t do anything, the whole property it??s just falling apart. What they tell you; if you don??t like you can leave??. Don??t ever rent here but if you still do, don??t take apartment 234.
