Can't be in a better location!

Miami Bay Club may not be a brand-new condo like all the high-class places going up left and right, but you can't be in a more perfect location.
If you need granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a first-rate gym, personal trainer, and a consierge, then this place isn't for you.
If you like to walk right up the stairs to your place, enjoy peace and quiet and great neighbors, then this is the place for you! You are within walking distance of the Design District, local post office, the Shops at Midtown, busstops, fast food and resturants, and much more! The management is great and always respond quickly.
Also just recently, the complex underwent some maintence (new roofing on all units, painting, new screens placed, and I believe several units were provided with new appliances, and cabinets.
It's a close-knit little complex and there are often little celebrations during the holidays, etc...I've lived here several years and never had any major issues but unfortuantely I am moving from the area! Highly reccommend!
