This place is just plain awful, the maintenance men don t know a drop of English and they are very lazy, the manager is lazy to and if you make a complaint do not expect anything to be done. The place is infested with roaches and rats, I always kept the apartment clean but for some reason we always had roaches. The dumpsters are always dirty and overflowing, the park is very dangerous and the gym and sauna is laughable. It is also very noisy. Also I hope you like cold water because the hot water lasts for a second. Now as for security here is what you can expect, a grossly overweight woman who is so lazy that she never leaves her van to make her rounds. Oh no she just does a quick drive by every now and then if your lucky.

Miami Bay Club opinion Passaporte al Infierno! este lugar es algo de lo peor in all miami, es sucio,goteras cuando llueve se te mete el agua, que su cuarto parece picina,,ademas todos los vecinos son de lo peor escandandosos,feos,de color,,y mucho mas que mejor no menciono..es un asco de maldita vida...
