Location is very convenient and rent is cheap for the area, but the "price" to pay is high. Kitchen ceiling has panels and the roaches move from apartment to apartment. No matter how many times the exterminators came, the apartments are infected with roaches, they are permanent residents! My first night there after cleaning all day, I woke up in the middle of the night, went to the kitchen and there were approximately 25 roaches wandering around. As soon as my lease was up I left, and it was the best decision!
