Although the location is great, the building is old and in need of repair. The staff is freindly but the office manager is the only one that speaks English. My calls to the office never get returned. Parking is good and access to major Inter-States is easy to access. I am currently renting here but my lease ends in a few months, I will not stay. The units are small and the rent is to high to live in this old building and they plan to raise the rent next year "go figure". I found it quiet but others have had nightmare for neighbors. The air conditioning system is old and has needed service 3 times in 8 months. Not enough washers & dryers.
