I've been living here for 2 and a half years, and really I cannot complain about the management, it's a very nice place with the pool right in front of the bay, and a lot of parking spaces.

I received a complete remodeled apartment with brand new appliances and carpet.

The common areas are fine and usually clean.

The laundry room is a little small for all those families living there, but overall is a nice place to a start.
